Todd Shelton makes 28 waist jeans in 100% cotton Japanese selvedge denim with no stretch. Stonewashed and lightly hand-sanded. Inseams from 26 to 38 inches for short and tall men. Four thigh fits: Lean, Basic, Relaxed, and Athletic. Standard and high rise. Graded and measured before shipping. Made in USA in our New Jersey factory since 2012.
