Manufacturing

All products are designed and made in the United States, in the company's Paterson, New Jersey factory.

In-house manufacturing has operated continuously since 2012.

The factory is owned and operated by Todd Shelton, the brand's founder. Production is not contracted or outsourced.

The same three mills have supplied the fabrics for over a decade.

Fit options

Jeans are offered across four dimensions: Waist, Thigh Fit, Rise, Length. Thigh fits: Lean, Basic, Relaxed, Athletic.

Waist: 28 to 40 inches in 1-inch increments.

Inseams: 26 to 38 inches in 1-inch increments. Longer or shorter available on request.

Rises: standard and high-rise.

Shirts and t-shirts are offered in standard and in-between sizes (S/M, M/L, L/XL). In-between sizes sit between small and medium, between medium and large, and between large and extra-large.

The fits do not change between seasons or years.

Founder

Todd Shelton is from Tennessee. He moved to New York City in 2000, worked for a clothing catalog company, and attended Parsons School of Design at night. He launched the brand in 2002 and sold the first products at street markets in SoHo beginning in 2003. He launched the website in 2005 and left his day job in 2009. He built the original factory in early 2012. He simplified the collection to its current three products in early 2025.
