First orders are a starting point. Exchanges are normal, sometimes two. The factory plans for exchanges. Every product is measured before shipping. Once fit is established, reorders fit consistently.

Standard orders: free exchanges and refunds within 30 days.

Additional adjustment orders: exchanges and store credit within 30 days.

Clearance orders: store credit within 30 days.

Package orders: free exchanges and refunds within 30 days. Refunds are calculated on the package price, divided across the three products in proportion to their full prices.

To return or exchange, email support@toddshelton.com or reply to your personal confirmation email. Your name and email are enough; you do not need your order number. Tell us what needs to change and whether you want an exchange or a refund. A prepaid label will be sent by email within one business day. We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of receiving your return. Banks may require an additional 2–3 business days to post.
