Finding the right fit sometimes takes an exchange. In some cases, two exchanges. That's expected and the process is straightforward.

30-day free returns and exchanges.
Fit check orders
Fit check orders ship two pairs for the price of one. Keep the pair that fits and return the other. If neither fits, return both and exchange for a different size or fit. If you'd prefer a refund, return both within 14 days.
Return within 14 days of receipt with prepaid label. Items not handed to the carrier within 14 days will be charged at full price. Items charged at full price may be returned within 30 days for a refund.
Keys to the factory
Keys to the Factory orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
How to return or exchange
Email support@toddshelton.com or reply to your personal confirmation email. Your name and email are sufficient, you do not need your order number. Let us know if you are exchanging or returning and we will take it from there. A prepaid label will be sent by email within one business day. We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of receiving your return. Banks may require an additional 2–3 business days to post.
