Orders are evaluations and sometimes starting points. Finding the right fit may take an exchange. Two exchanges isn't unusual. All products and sizes are available. The process is straightforward.

30-day free returns and exchanges for standard orders.

Fit check orders ship two pairs for the price of one. Keep the pair that fits and return the other. If neither fits, return both and exchange for a different size or fit. If you'd prefer a refund, return both for a refund. Return within 30 days of receipt with prepaid label. Products not returned will be charged at full price.

Keys to the factory orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

To return or exchange, email support@toddshelton.com or reply to your personal confirmation email. Your name and email are enough, you do not need your order number. If the fit isn't right, tell us what needs to change. We can often solve it with an exchange. Tell us whether you want an exchange or a refund. A prepaid label will be sent by email within one business day. We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of receiving your return. Banks may require an additional 2–3 business days to post.
