Exchanges and returns

Our goal is to be your clothing solution for the long run. We believe in getting the fit right, and our return policy is a part of that commitment. We're here to help you find the right fit, and we want you to be completely satisfied with every product you own from us.

If something isn't right, we will work with you to make it right.


How to return a product

You can return or exchange Standard and Customize products free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order. We cover the cost of return shipping.

Eligibility: We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.

Process: To start a return, simply contact us at support@toddshelton.com or (844) 626-6355. We'll find your order using your name and email, then guide you through the next steps and provide a return shipping label.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we're here to help you get the right fit. You have two easy options:

Work with your fit planner: Simply email your fit planner, and they will personally assist you with the exchange.

Place a new order: Return your original item for a refund and place a new order online at your convenience.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. The refund will include the full price of the product. We don't charge restocking fees.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. You'll receive an email notification when your refund is on its way.
