Finding the right fit sometimes takes an exchange. In some cases, two exchanges. That's expected and the process is straightforward.
Standard orders
30-day returns and exchanges. Exchanges are free. First return is a full refund. Refund requests following an exchange: $30 shipping fee deducted from refund.
Try-on orders
Try-on orders ship two pairs for the price of one. Keep the pair that fits and return the other. If neither fits, return both and exchange for a different size or fit. If you'd prefer a refund, return both within 14 days.
Return within 14 days of receipt with prepaid label. Items not handed to the carrier within 14 days will be charged at full price. Items charged at full price may be returned within 30 days for a refund.
Made to order
New customers are encouraged to start with Standard or Try-on to establish their fit before moving to Made to order. It's not required. New customers who start with Made to order: final sale. Existing customers or new customers who established fit through Standard or Try-on, returns and exchanges: $50 restocking fee. Customers can choose two delivery options: 4 weeks (same price as Standard) or 2 weeks. The two-week fee is non-refundable.
How to return or exchange
Email support@toddshelton.com or reply to your personal confirmation email. Your name and email are sufficient, you do not need your order number. Let us know if you are exchanging or returning and we will take it from there. A prepaid label will be sent by email within one business day. We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of receiving your return. Banks may require an additional 2–3 business days to post.
