Returns and exchanges
Your first order is an evaluation. Because we offer more fit options, an exchange is a common part of finding your fit. Exchange shipping is free and fit support is available to guide your adjustments. If we cannot find a fit that meets your expectations, we offer straightforward refunds.
How to return or exchange
You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. We cover the cost of return shipping for all domestic orders. We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items.
To initiate, email us at support@toddshelton.com or reply to your direct contact email. We will identify your order using your name and email; your order number is not required.
Let us know if you'd like to exchange for a different size and fit, or return for a refund. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email. You can then drop your package at any authorized shipping location.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. We process returns within 2–3 business days of receipt. Please note that banks typically require an additional 2–3 business days to post the refund to your account.
