Shipping and delivery

We believe that your experience with our clothing should be easy and positive, from the moment you place an order to the moment you wear it. Our goal is to get your new items to you quickly and reliably, so you can enjoy the daily consistency you expect.


Order processing

After you place your order, you will receive an immediate email confirmation. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

Within one business day, your fit planner will send a separate email confirmation to open a line of communication. This ensures the accuracy and efficiency of your order.


Shipping methods and delivery times

Shipping is complimentary on all orders. We offer two main order types:

Standard orders: We process and ship these within 2-3 business days. Some products require an additional finishing process, which is included in this timeframe.

Customize orders: These orders ship in 4 weeks. If faster shipping is required, upgrade options are available.

Total delivery times, which include both processing and shipping—are based on your location.


Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey directly to your door.


International orders

We do not currently offer international shipping. Our commitment to helping customers find the right fit often requires a personalized process, and the complexities of international returns and exchanges make it difficult to provide a consistent and positive experience for first-time customers.
