Todd Shelton products are manufactured and shipped daily from our New Jersey factory. This page provides a clear overview of our production timelines and the sequence of communication you can expect after placing an order.
Order confirmations
After placing an order, you will receive an immediate email confirmation. If it does not appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Within one business day, a team member will send a separate email to establish a direct line of communication. This email provides a personal contact for any product or order questions, as well as future fit and exchange assistance.
Shipping
To support a wide range of fit options, we operate a quick-replenish inventory model. We aim to maintain one unit of every size and fit in stock at all times. When an item sells, we immediately manufacture its replacement. If a size sells again before the replacement is complete, a brief production delay may occur. Most orders ship within 4 business days; however, please allow 7–10 days. If you have a specific deadline, please inform your direct contact during order confirmation.
Tracking
We primarily use UPS for deliveries, except for PO boxes, which are shipped via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the delivery status through the carrier's website. If you have questions regarding your delivery, you can reply to your direct contact.
International
We do not currently offer international shipping. Our fit process often requires an evaluation period and potential exchanges to achieve expected results. The complexities of international logistics make it difficult to provide the level of consistency and support we require.
