Todd Shelton products are manufactured and shipped from our New Jersey factory. Standard and Try-on orders deliver in 14 days. Made to order delivers in 2 or 5 weeks depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.
Order confirmations
You will receive an auto-generated email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear. Within one business day, a team member will follow up with a direct contact email for any ongoing product and fit questions, or return and exchange requests.
Shipping
Standard and Try-on orders ship within 7 business days. Each order is finished and inspected before shipping. Delivery takes an additional 2–7 days depending on location. If you have a specific deadline, let your direct contact know.
Tracking
Orders ship via UPS. PO boxes ship via USPS. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships.
International
We do not currently ship internationally.
