Why tall men are underserved with shirt fits
According to the CDC, men over 6'4" account for less than 2% of American men. Most brands will not stock sizes for only 2% of their customer base. Tall men either wear sleeves that are too short or have custom shirts made. Todd Shelton makes shirts in longer sleeve and body lengths for every shirt in the collection.
Sleeve length is one of two key fit points for tall men
Men over 6'4" typically wear a 35 or 36 inch sleeve. Todd Shelton offers sleeve lengths up to 36 inches in one-inch increments in the standard order method. 37 sleeve length is available in Keys to the factory, a made-to-order order method.

A sleeve length calculation combines two measurements: down the arm and across the shoulders. Measure across the shoulders and divide by 2. Add the two measurements together. For example, if your sleeve length measures 26.5 inches and half your shoulder width is 9.5 inches, your sleeve length is 36 inches.
Body length is the other key fit point for tall men
Todd Shelton offers body lengths from standard to 2 inches longer than standard in one-inch increments. Men over 6'4" typically wear 1 to 2 inches longer than standard. Full body length measurements are in the size chart.

Body length preference depends on how you wear your shirts and how your torso relates to your height. Todd Shelton measures body length along the placket: the strip of fabric running down the center front of the shirt where the buttons and buttonholes are located, from the seam where the collar band meets the placket to the bottom hem.
If wearing untucked, a general guide is that the hem should end at the middle of the zipper. If wearing tucked, the shirt should stay tucked when reaching above your head.
Sleeve lengths longer than 36 inches
37 inch sleeve length is available through Keys to the factory, a made-to-order method, accessed through a key icon on the product pages. 3" longer body length is available. New customers should establish size and fit through a Standard shirt or Fit check shirts first, then exchange for Keys to the factory.
