    Pro Original denim is our longest-running and best-selling fabric. It's a classic weight for men's jeans.

    Its midnight navy color separates it from indigo-dyed jeans (which tend to be a brighter blue). It uses low contrast stitching and hardware to create a neutral aesthetic (matching a range of shirts).

    Pro Original Raw uses unwashed denim, it's stiff. We only recommend Pro Original Raw for customers familiar with raw denim and who want to break in jeans from scratch.

    Understanding standard and custom fit options

    Standard fit options are what you're familiar with when shopping in stores, for example, standard rise. Custom fit options are incremental alternatives to standard fit options, for example, 3/4 more rise.

    There's no additional charge for custom fit options, and custom fit option products come with free exchanges and returns.

    How new customers access custom fit options

    New customers who complete Home Try-On get access to standard and custom fit options on their initial order. New customers who bypass Home Try-On get access to standard fit options on their initial order. However, they can exchange for custom fit options if necessary.

    Getting new customers familiar with our fits using Home Try-On and standard fit options minimizes returns on customized products and keeps our return policy free and generous.

    This product is made in our East Rutherford, NJ factory—all operations (production, design, fulfillment, customer service, etc.) are under one roof.

    We offer different timeframes for production and delivery.

    Standard production has an estimated delivery of 12 days. Production time is seven days, plus 2-5 days for shipping.

    No Rush production has an estimated delivery of 30 days. If you’re not in a rush, you can save 10% by choosing the No Rush option in the shopping cart.

    Expedited production has an estimated delivery of 5 days. Production time is three days, plus 2 days for shipping.

Standard sizes come with the same level of fit support as custom sizes. The advantage of standard sizes is quick shipping and free returns. If you’re uncertain about standard vs custom, we recommend starting with standard sizes first.

Choose custom sizes

Custom sizes are designed to help fix fit problems you may encounter with store bought products. You can return/exchange custom size products with a 50% restocking fee. Due to their custom nature, it can be difficult to resell custom size products, but we try in our clearance section at 50% off.

Choose sizes with our fit team

With this order option, you choose size options through conversations with our fit team. You order first, and choose sizes later. We recommend this option for existing customers because we review your past order history and confirm all details.

Simple Fit Exchanges

Simple Fit products can be exchanged for other Simple Fit sizes. If you require a fit option available only on a full-price item, you can request an exchange and pay the difference between the two items. Exchanges are free and we provide pre-paid return labels.

Save $30 with Group Production

When there’s no particular rush, opt into Group Production - and save $30. Group Production orders allow for increased efficiency within our factory. For example, grouping products together that share similar thread color during manufacturing. Group production adds approximately 2 weeks to our individual production ship dates.
