  • Exchanges and returns

    Exchanges and returns are accepted for 60 days after you receive the product. Exchange shipping is complimentary.

    To initiate an exchange or return, please email support with a note explaining your needs. A PDF pre-paid return label will be emailed to you to print and affix to the package. If you do not have the ability to print, please advise and an adhesive label will be mailed.

    We ask all return merchandise must be in new condition. Washed, worn or damaged garments are subject to a restocking fee and in some cases cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Expedited and priority shipping is non-refundable.

  • Shipping

    Standard shipping is complimentary. At checkout, you’ll have options to expedite delivery for an additional fee. Delivery times are subject to change depending on factory capacity.

  • New customers

    We ask new customers to start with In stock or Home Try-On. New customers can access all Todd Shelton fit options by ordering Home Try-On or through an exchange of their In stock product.

  • Home Try-On

    Home Try-On is a free fit-evaluation program that allows you to get familiar with how Todd Shelton fits by trying on real garments at home. It gives you access to all Todd Shelton fit options. Plus, you receive personalized one-on-one customer service to answer your questions along the way.

    We ask that you ship Home Try-On back to us within 7 days after delivery. If you’re unable to ship back within 7 days, we’ll send you two reminders via email at around 14 days and 21 days. You won’t be charged unless you don’t return Home Try-On within 30 days. If we haven't heard from you after 30 days, your credit card will be charged the full price for the Home Try-On contents. If you are charged, and you return Home Try-On within 14 days of being charged, you will be refunded minus a $100 shipping and handling fee. If you are charged, and do not return within 14 days of being charged, charges are not refundable.

  • Clearance

    Clearance items can be returned or exchanged for store credit for 30 days after you receive the product; shipping charges will be excluded from the issued credit. Customers who prefer a refund instead of a store credit, will incur a $25 restocking fee per item and shipping charges will be excluded from the refund.   • Special requests

    Occasionally a customer will ask if their garment can be made with a special request. For example: a jean with a 3" higher rise or a shirt with a longer collar point. We try to meet special requests when possible. Due to the custom nature, garments made with special requests are final sale (we cannot resale them). Contact support for more information. 

  • International

    Curently, we do not handle international orders.

FAQs

  • How can I check the progress of my order?

    You will receive a personal confirmation email from your Fit Planner within one business day of your order. At any time, feel free to email or call your Fit Planner for an update on where you product is in the production queue. Production times will vary based on factory capacity.

  • Can my order be rushed?

    Yes, we are happy to help if you require a rush delivery. During checkout, add a note in the comment box telling us your needs and select the fastest shipping option. We will confirm all details within one business day of reciving your order.

  • How will my order be shipped?

    We typically ship Prioirty Mail through the United States Postal Service or FedEx 2 Day. Shipping confirmation emails are sent when a package leaves our NJ headquarters. We're happy to work with you if you have a special event or need an order urgently, please contact us.

  • I don't see the product I want. Is it still avaiable?

    If you have a product you'd like to reorder, but don't see it on our website, please reach out and we'll check availibility. Please email support.

  • Does Todd Shelton ship internationally?

    Currently, we do not ship internationally.

  • What if I order the wrong size?

    We encourage customers to evaluate their fit when the garment first arrives. In instances when a better fit can be achieved, we encourage an exchange. Return and exchange shipping is free on all non-sale items for 30 days after receiving the product. If you need to return or exchange, please email support@toddshelton.com.

  • Will Todd Shelton jeans stretch with wear?

    Yes, our jeans will give with wear, up to a full size in stress areas. The waist, seat and thighs are the critical areas that will see some loosening over time.

  • Will Todd Shelton Jeans shrink when washed?

    Jeans revert back to their original size and shape with washing. We recommend washing in cool water and air drying. All Todd Shelton fabrics are washed in our NJ factory prior to being sewn.  

  • Where are Todd Shelton products made?

    All Todd Shelton garments are handmade in our East Rutherford, New Jersey factory.

  • What is raw denim?

    Raw denim is denim that comes directly from the mill and has never been washed. Initially, raw denim can be uncomfortable and requires time and effort to break-in. Read More

  • What is selvedge denim?

    Selvedge denim is denim woven using old-fashioned denim-weaving techniques, typically woven on old looms. The word selvedge comes from “self-edge.” The edge of the denim has a clean finish that will not unravel and is used as the outer seam of the garment. Read More
