  • Shipping

    Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders. Orders ship via United States Postal Service; available in all states, APO, and US territories.   • Returns

    Returns are accepted on full-price items for 45 days after receiving the product. All return merchandise must be in new condition. Washed, worn or damaged garments will not be accepted for return. In special circumstances, returns are accepted more than 45 days after the original receipt date, however, the customer will incur a 25% restocking fee and return shipping charges. 

  • Exchanges

    When a fit can be improved, we encourage exchanges. We are here to help with fit questions and the exchange process. Exchanges are accepted on full-price (non-clearance) items for 45 days after receiving the product. All exchange merchandise must be in new condition. Washed, worn or damaged garments will not be accepted for exchange.

  • Return/Exchange and Rush Shipping

    Return and exchange shipping is complimentary on non-clearance orders for 45 days after receiving the product. For second or third exchanges, the customer will incur a $25 shipping charge for each exchange (shipping labels will be provided). To initiate a return or exchange, please email support with a note explaining your needs. A PDF pre-paid return label will be emailed to you to print and affix to the package. If you do not have the ability to print, please advise and an adhesive label will be mailed. Expedited and priority shipping is non-refundable.

  • Fit Kits

    Customers have 14 days (from the day of receipt) to return a Fit Kit. Pre-paid return labels are provided in all Fit Kits. We will reach out via email and/or phone if a Fit Kit isn't returned in 14 days. We will reach out again on day 21. If we haven't heard from the customer within 21 days, the credit card will be charged full price for the Fit Kit's contents. If a Fit Kit is kept longer than 60 days, charges are not refundable.

  • Clearance Returns and Exchanges

    Clearance items can be returned or exchanged for store credit for 30 days after you receive the product; shipping charges will be excluded from the issued credit. Customers who prefer a refund instead of a store credit, will incur a $25 restocking fee and shipping charges will be excluded from the refund.   • Special Requests

    We are happy to offer non-published fit options and accommodate some special requests. However, due to the custom nature, garments made with special requests and non-published fits are final sale. Additional fees may apply. Contact support for more information. 

  • Repairs

    Within one year of purchase, we will complimentary repair product flaws (loose stitching, buttons, rivets, zippers). Shipping is complimentary for product flaw repairs within one year of purchase. For repairs due to product wear and tear, a $25 fee applies for each repair and customers are responsible for shipping costs.

  • Alterations

    Available alterations include: length shortening for jeans/pants, reducing knee and ankle widths, shortening sleeves and lengths for shirts/t-shirts, reducing stomach widths for shirts/t-shirts. Alterations not possible: lengthening or increasing the size of any garment, adjusting rise for jeans/pants, adjusting waists for jeans/pants.

    A $25 fee applies to each alteration and customers are responsible for shipping costs. If you need an alteration, please email support.

  • Price Adjustment

    We will gladly honor a price adjustment if your item was purchased at full price within 10 days of the markdown. Price adjustments do not apply to sale or clearance items.

  • International Shipping

    Todd Shelton has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill international orders. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by international credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

    International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries including returns and exchanges should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com

  • How can I check the progress of my order?

    Garments typically go into production within one business day. You will receive a confirmation from our team within one business day of your order. Production time varies between 7-10 days for 10 Day Production, and 25-30 Days for 30 Day Production. If you have questions about your order, please email support

  • How will my order be shipped?

    We offer three shipping options: Standard 7-10 Day (free),Priority 3-5 Day, or Expedited 2 Day. Unless otherwise noted, orders ship through the United States Postal Service; available in all states, APO, and US territories. Expedited orders may ship FedEx 2 Day. Shipping confirmation emails are sent when a package leaves our NJ headquarters

  • Does Todd Shelton ship outside of the US?

    Yes, we partner with International Checkout for non-US orders. To place an international order, please use the International Checkout feature in the shopping cart screen at checkout. 

  • What if I order the wrong size?

    We encourage customers to evaluate their fit when the garment first arrives. In instances when a better fit can be achieved, we encourage an exchange. Return and exchange shipping is free on all non-sale items for 45 days after you receive the product. If you need to return or exchange, please email support@toddshelton.com.

  • Will Todd Shelton jeans stretch with wear?

    Yes, our jeans will give slightly with wear. The waist, seat and thighs are the critical areas that will see some loosening over time.

  • Will Todd Shelton Jeans shrink when washed?

    Jeans revert back to their original size and shape with washing. We recommend washing in cool water and air drying. All Todd Shelton fabrics are washed in our NJ factory prior to being sewn.  

  • Where are Todd Shelton products made?

    All Todd Shelton garments are handmade in our East Rutherford, New Jersey factory.

  • Can I come to the factory?

  • What is raw denim?

    Raw denim is denim that comes directly from the mill and has never been washed. Initially, raw denim can be uncomfortable and requires time and effort to break-in. Read More

  • What is selvedge denim?

    Selvedge denim is denim woven using old-fashioned denim-weaving techniques, typically woven on old looms. The word selvedge comes from “self-edge.” The edge of the denim has a clean finish that will not unravel and is used as the outer seam of the garment. Read More
