  • Shipping and Delivery

    Standard shipping is complimentary on non-clearance orders. At checkout, you’ll have options to expedite delivery. Delivery times are subject to change depending on factory capacity.

  • Exchanges & Returns

    Exchanges & returns are accepted on non-clearance, standard option products for 30 days after you receive the product. Exchange and return shipping is complimentary on all non-clearance orders for 30 days.

    Standard options
    Standard options are listed in the New customer section of product pages. Standard option products are eligible for a full-refund.

    Custom options
    Custom options are listed in the Existing customer section of product pages. Custom option products are eligible for exchange. Customers preferring to return a custom size product are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

    All return merchandise must be in new condition. Washed, worn or damaged garments will not be accepted for return.

    How to initiate an exchange or return
    Please email support with a note explaining your needs. A PDF pre-paid return label will be emailed to you to print and affix to the package. If you do not have the ability to print, please advise and an adhesive label will be mailed. Expedited and priority shipping is non-refundable.

  • New customers & Existing customers

    New customers
    We recommend new customers start with standard size options. We can exchange for custom size options once we understand your most basic fit needs, if necessary. Return and exchange shipping is complimentary for standard option products.

    Existing customers
    Once you’ve ordered, we keep your sizing and order history on file. You don’t need to remember your sizes or the fabrics you ordered, we do that for you. Re-ordering becomes convenient and consistent.

    When you Order using your fit history, we look back at your previous orders and email you a fit profile to confirm. During confirmation, you can make adjustments. You also have access to custom options.

  • Ordering communication

    Order confirmation
    Within one business day of placing your order, you’ll receive a personal email from our fit team. It opens the conversation.

    One week follow up
    One week after you order ships, our fit team will ask how everything fits.

    Six week follow up
    Six weeks after your order ships, we’ll follow up one more time to make sure you’re wearing the product as planned.

  • Fit Kits

    Customers have 14 days (from the day of receipt) to return a Fit Kit. Pre-paid return labels are provided in all Fit Kits. We will reach out via email and/or phone if a Fit Kit isn't returned on time. We will reach out again on day 21. If we haven't heard from the customer within 21 days, the credit card will be charged full price for the Fit Kit's contents. If a Fit Kit is kept longer than 60 days, charges are not refundable.

  • Clearance Returns and Exchanges

    Clearance items can be returned or exchanged for store credit for 30 days after you receive the product; shipping charges will be excluded from the issued credit. Customers who prefer a refund instead of a store credit, will incur a $25 restocking fee per item and shipping charges will be excluded from the refund.   • Special Requests

    We are happy to offer non-published fit options and accommodate some special requests. However, due to the custom nature, garments made with special requests and non-published fits are final sale. Additional fees may apply. Contact support for more information. 

  • Repairs

    Within one year of purchase, we will complimentary repair product flaws (loose stitching, buttons, rivets, zippers). Shipping is complimentary for product flaw repairs within one year of purchase. For repairs due to product wear and tear, a $25 fee applies for each repair and customers are responsible for shipping costs.

  • Alterations

    Available alterations include: length shortening for jeans/pants, reducing knee and ankle widths, shortening sleeves and lengths for shirts/t-shirts, reducing stomach widths for shirts/t-shirts. Alterations not possible: lengthening or increasing the size of any garment, adjusting rise for jeans/pants, adjusting waists for jeans/pants.

    A $25 fee applies to each alteration and customers are responsible for shipping costs. If you need an alteration, please email support.

  • Price Adjustment

    We will gladly honor a price adjustment if your item was purchased at full price within 10 days of the markdown. Price adjustments do not apply to sale or clearance items.

  • How can I check the progress of my order?

    You will receive a confirmation from our team within one business day of your order. Production times vary slightly based on factory capacity. If you have questions about your order, please email support

  • Can my order be rushed?

    Yes, we are happy to help if you require a rush delivery. During checkout, add a note in the comment box telling us your needs and select the fastest shipping option. We will confirm all details within one business day of reciving your order.

  • How will my order be shipped?

    We typically ship Prioirty Mail through the United States Postal Service or FedEx 2 Day. Shipping confirmation emails are sent when a package leaves our NJ headquarters. We're happy to work with you if you have a special event or need an order urgently, please contact us.

  • I like to re-order, but don't see the product online. Is it still avaiable?

    If you have a product you'd like to reorder, but don't see it on our website, please reach out and we'll check availibility. Please email support.

  • Does Todd Shelton ship outside of the US?

  • What if I order the wrong size?

    We encourage customers to evaluate their fit when the garment first arrives. In instances when a better fit can be achieved, we encourage an exchange. Return and exchange shipping is free on all non-sale items for 30 days after receiving the product. If you need to return or exchange, please email

  • Will Todd Shelton jeans stretch with wear?

    Yes, our jeans will give with wear, up to a full size in stress areas. The waist, seat and thighs are the critical areas that will see some loosening over time.

  • Will Todd Shelton Jeans shrink when washed?

    Jeans revert back to their original size and shape with washing. We recommend washing in cool water and air drying. All Todd Shelton fabrics are washed in our NJ factory prior to being sewn.  

  • Where are Todd Shelton products made?

    All Todd Shelton garments are handmade in our East Rutherford, New Jersey factory.

  • Can I come to the factory?

  • What is raw denim?

    Raw denim is denim that comes directly from the mill and has never been washed. Initially, raw denim can be uncomfortable and requires time and effort to break-in. Read More

    Selvedge denim is denim woven using old-fashioned denim-weaving techniques, typically woven on old looms. The word selvedge comes from “self-edge.” The edge of the denim has a clean finish that will not unravel and is used as the outer seam of the garment. Read More
