Pro Stretch
14 oz selvedge denim. Mid-weight stretch.
SOLD OUT Pro Stretch Darks
$0
Pro Stretch is stretch denim that looks and feels like authentic all cotton denim, but with a touch of comfort you'll feel with movement. The stretch comes from a small amount of synthetic stretch fiber added to the cotton. In Pro Stretch, the composition is 98% cotton, 2% stretch.
Although this added comfort seems like a win-win for jeans, stretch denim has its opponents. The knock on stretch denim is it simply doesn't look as good as all cotton denim, and it can bag at the knee and in stress areas.
We share these concerns, so much so that we moved two denims with 2% stretch out of the collection last year. However, a stretch denim that doesn't look or feel like stretch denim is still a priority for us because many guys really like the touch of comfort.
We're confident we've found a stretch denim that meets our standards for how a jean should look and feel (when wearing). We're so confident we decided to include it in our Pro Series. It shares cotton yarn and dye processes with Pro Original, and it's identical in weight at 14 oz.
Pro Stretch is for guys who want a serious denim jean, but who also prioritize comfort.
