Home Try-On is a free service that replaces the experience of going to a store to try on a few sizes. Home Try-On is different than store shopping because you get access to more fit options than a store can offer. More fit options will increase your chances of buying the exact fit you want and eliminate the necessity of local alterations.

We ship Home Try-On to men in all 50 states, with successful results. If you don’t find your fit with Home Try-On, there’s no obligation to order. But if you do find your fit, you can place your order. You’ll build a relationship with our company, and shopping for clothing will become easy.

  • How does Home Try-On work?

    Answer questions about your fit and we'll send you a few sizes to try on. Included in your Home Try-On is a worksheet that walks you through the step-by-step process of selecting fit options. You can order anytime after Home Try-On. And we ask that you return all the sizes within 7 days of receiving.

  • How do I order Home Try-On?

    You can order Home Try-On from any product page.

  • How much does Home Try-On cost?

    Home Try-On is a free service. But we require a valid credit or debit card to process Home Try-On orders.

  • How long will Home Try-On take?

    On average, Home Try-On adds two weeks to your order. It takes about one week to receive your Home Try-On.

  • How do I order after Home Try-On?

    You can order online using In stock or Customize order methods. Or you can contact your Fit Planner, and they will enter an order for you.

  • Do I have to do a Home Try-On to place my first order?

    No, you can start with an In stock product.

  • What happens if I order after Home Try-On and the product doesn’t fit the way I want?

    You can return or exchange a product you ordered after Home Try-On.

  • Instead of Home Try-On, why not order a few sizes and return what doesn't fit?

    Home Try-On is a free service, there's no charge to your credit card.

  • What happens if I’m not ready to order after Home Try-On?

    Some customers complete Home Try-On and order months later. It’s up to you if and when you order.

  • What happens if I don’t find a good fit with Home Try-On?

    Home Try-On is an evaluation to see if we’re a good fit for you. There’s no obligation to order after.

  • What happens if I can’t return Home Try-On on time?

    We ask that you return Home Try-On within seven days of receiving it. Timely returns make our operations run smooth. If you need more time, it’s no problem, just let us know.

  • Will you charge me if I’m late returning Home Try-On?

    We definitely do not want to charge you for Home Try-On. But it’s important that we get it back. If you’re late returning, we’ll make attempts to contact you. If you stop communicating with us during this time, we’ll assume you want to keep it and we will charge you for the full-price of its contents.

  • How do I return Home Try-On?

    We include a prepaid return label (we use UPS, FedEx, and USPS) and return instructions in your package.
