Fit Guide

Slightly fitted compared to industry standards, not oversized. Shoulder seams are designed to fall at shoulders edge. Sleeve length is generous. Overall length is designed to be long enough to tuck your shirt in, short enough to wear untucked. Neck widths are generous.

Base your size selection on your industry standard size. If you prefer a generous fit, order one half size larger than your standard size. If we need to make fit adjustments to the initial size you order, we can tweak the fit up or down through an exchange.

It’s important to us that we place you in the right fit. We encourage you to use our free return and exchange service, when necessary, to ensure a proper fit. We will follow up with you a few days after order receipt to determine if fit adjustments are necessary.

Fit Specifications

Length: the measurement from the highest point at shoulder to the bottom opening.  Specs are listed for a size Medium, these measurements increase or decrease 3/8" per size.  Medium 32/33 sleeve and 34/35 sleeve: 30" overall length.  Medium 36/37 sleeve: 32" overall length.   

Collar Length: the measurement from the collar band to the end of the collar point.  Point collar length: 2 3/4".  Button-down collar: 2 3/4".     

Shrinkage

Dress shirt shrinkage is minimal. After several launderings, your shirt will stabilize at our targeted specifications. You can expect the following shrinkage: sleeve length 1/2" to 3/4", overall length 1/2" to 3/4", neck width 1/4" to 3/8".  Please consider these specs during fit evaluation.   

Care Suggestions

Professional dry cleaning and laundering are acceptable; however the heat, pressure, and chemicals used in commercial cleaning will impact your shirts appearance and longevity.

We recommended machine washing, cold with like colors, hang to air dry, then press if desired. Hanging dry will reduce surface abrasion and extend the life of your shirt. Pressing at home results in a softer, more natural look. For a destructured look, wear your shirt rumpled, without pressing.
