There is no charge for return or exchange shipping. You can return or exchange a product anytime, and for any reason. We encourage customers to use this free service, when necessary, to ensure a proper fit.
We ship returns through the United States Postal Service for customer convenience. You can leave your return for your mail carrier to pick up at your home, office, or drop-off at any post-office.
Contact us using the contact form at the bottom of the website. Please let us know what fit adjustments you'd like to make or let us know the reason for your return. We’ll email you a pre-paid return label that you can print on normal printer paper and tape to your package. If you do not have printing capabilities, please let us know and we will postal mail you a label.
